Welcome to another year at Hogwarts! Before term begins, it is required that all students entering years 1-7 submit an application. A student application is required to sign up for any of the classes. For our new students, please visit the "Sorting Hat Form" section of the forum before submitting your student application.
To submit your application, click on the link above this post that says "Student Applications." Then, click "New Thread," and fill out the provided form. Within 24 hours of your submission, a staff member will reply to your thread, alerting you if your submission was approved or denied (and why). For our first years, if your submission is approved, you will also receive a "Student I.D." and your Engrade username and password. Your Student I.D. is extremely important, as it is required to view your grades, submit homework, and enroll in classes. Engrade is the grading system we use here at Hogwarts, where your professors will be uploading your grades on particular assignments.
