As most of you have noticed, there is a "Private Messaging" system on the forum. This can be used to send a personal message to another forum member. However, this feature is not to be abused. It can be very easily removed from the forum altogether if the moderators receive multiple reports of misuse. There is no guarantee that it will return afterward. If you receive a harrassing message or one that violates the site rules, please click "Report to a Moderator."
